The Great Jack O’Lantern Blaze is a walk-through experience in celebration of Halloween. Held in Bethpage, Long Island, and other areas of New York, the event features thousands of hand-carved pumpkins arranged in elaborate displays that light up the night at two historic locations in New York. Guests can expect larger-than-life installations, along with synchronized lighting and a truly family-friendly experience for all ages.

Since its launch in 2005, The Great Jack O’Lantern Blaze features no actors dressed as ghouls and goblins jumping out at you. Hence, it is far tamer than some haunted house walkthroughs. The event serves as a fundraiser for Historic Hudson Valley, a not-for-profit cultural and educational organization based in the Hudson Valley. Proceeds from Blaze ticket sales support educational programs, which you can learn more about here.

Easily one of the most impressive pumpkin displays currently in existence, Blaze features incredible carvings, wonderful tricks of light, atmospheric music, and imaginative displays. It is an ideal night out for people of all ages.
